Baked Cookie Oatmeal
Is it a breakfast? A snack? A dessert? It can be whatever you want! Naturally vegan and gluten-free.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cups oats 
- 1/2 banana 
- 1 egg 
- 1/4 cup milk 
- 1/4 tsp baking soda 
- Pinch of salt 
- Chocolate chips 
Method:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. 
- Add oats to a blender and grind into flour. 
- Add all other ingredients except chocolate chips. 
- Pour batter into a ramekin and top with chocolate chips (can also add berries or nuts). 
- Bake for 25 minutes.
